How can I return items?

I do not like purchasing on line, can I buy items any other way?
Yes just call us on 01332 812596, we are happy to take your details over the phone and offer the same products at the same price. Or even answer any questions you may have concerning your purchase. Even send us an email and we will call you back.

How quickly can you deliver to me?
If the item is in stock we dispatch it within two working days, we send all items recorded delivery. If the item is out of stock it can take up to 14 working days to be dispatched. Any items that have to be special ordered can take up to 28 working days. We will always notify you of any dispatching delays in excess of 2 working days. What warranty do you give?
All our products have a minimum of a years warranty, Skagen watches have 3 years limited warranty.
