1. Returns Policy
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt, either by telephone or email sales@judijudiworld.com, giving full details of the item purchased and when. Include the reason for the return. We will then be happy to exchange the item providing the items are returned complete,in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of contacting us. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A exchange will not be possible if the item/items arrrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, JudiJudiWorld will arrange for an exchange.
